Hosted by the Pasquotank River Yacht Club, don’t miss the Lighted Boat Parade—a festive procession of boats adorned with holiday lights as they circle the harbor. The best viewing spots are Mariner’s Wharf Park and Mothboat Park, both located on Water Street in downtown Elizabeth City.
